Formed in 1997 with the core business of supplying foreign workers to meet local industrial, business and household needs, D'WIN has grown over this short span of time to encompass the full range of manpower supply (which includes professional, skilled, semi-skilled and general workers from many countries).

D'WIN also provide cleaning services (both industrial and household), management, training and qualification of skilled workers and industry professionals, insurance and financial services (with a full range of personal and commercial coverage), supply of cleaning and household equipment, childcare facilities,and even aesthetic and landscaping services.

Our expansion is the result of the care and efforts we take to maintain quality in the services and products we provide. In return, we have loyal clients who value our partnership and have grown with us. A strict watch over this quality is our strength.

Another strong quality of D'WIN is the practice of corporate social responsibility. The founders of D'WIN come from deprived backgrounds and as such, believe in giving back to society. D'WIN has over the years helped many, especially children, to become better equipped to meet personal goals.

D'WIN is based in the city of Ipoh to primarily serve the Perak market, yet central enough to meet the manpower needs in the other states of Malaysia. To handle our expanding business, we have recently acquired Wisma D'WIN along Jalan Kuala Kangsar where our administration is centralized. It also encompasses our product showrooms and offices of our field staff and business consultants.
